So i went against what i wanted to do and did what the book said i should do and started an 8 week base building block with the standard template last monday (9/16). I am looking at doing a stint of base building as it just worked out it's been a year since i last did. I am looking at other options besides the traditional body weight or lighter. I also done the max strength. I took some time out from training and decided on embarking on the base building block, i initially ran it last december and got 6 weeks into it. Grouchy's base building template is excellent. Due to the lack of tb physique images, i have decided to compare it to the likes of (crossfit / gymnast) + the tb.
