It was becoming a nuisance to move the old daily notes to storage. In order to bring together the great minds of this community, let’s share our note templates and metadata templates. These templates should make it easier for you to. It was set up to gather information on as many note templates as possible. Considering that and the fact that in every other obsidian note (when it is not a template) the frontmatter applies to the note / to the file it is written in would make me think that there is a way to designate frontmatter written in a template file to not be part of the note.
