How To Add A Calendar Drop Down In Excel

I Would Like To Add The Ability For A User To Pick A Date From A Drop Down Calendar In An Excel 2010 Cell.

Currently users have to input the date manually. On the developer tab click 'insert' active x controls 'more controls' scroll down untill you see calendar control12.0 select it ok and then click anywhere on the sheet and you have you calendar but now we need some code.
