Caroline girvan has a page on her website that lists all her free programs, but i wanted to make an easier way to see all the information at a glance and filter/sort as needed. If i had worked out before but never a cg workout, this is the order i would want for my first year. Each squat as deep as possible, each plank with body aligned & braced and each push up bring the chest as low to floor as you can.
